Vocational English Language Training

English language courses are taught by owner/manager Emmanuel Sombsthay and his colleagues.

Face-to-face training courses are held in Brittany, at the trainees' workplace , in the region of Rennes, Saint Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Saint Brieuc and Lamballe.

Online courses are delivered via Zoom or via other videoconference softwares, wherever you are located.

The "Emmanuel Sombsthay" continuing education organisation (N° 53 22 08217 22) is Qualiopi certified, by the auditing body ICPF. The training courses provided are therefore eligible for public funding by CPF and by Pôle Emploi (government job centre), amongst other public funding schemes.

Customised training courses

Our training courses are designed for professionals who wish to improve their English language skills in order to communicate more easily with their English-speaking clients or prospects. Our training courses can be delivered individually or in groups, either on the company's premises or remotely if possible. The aim of each training course is to enable trainees to acquire or develop the four fundamental language skills: reading, listening, writing and speaking.

We offer customised courses at all levels, from beginner to advanced. We fit your budget and offer flexible timetables to meet your expectations. Before proposing a training programme, we assess your level of proficiency to identify your strengths and weaknesses in English. During the assessment meeting, we assess your skills in written and oral expression, written and oral comprehension and to determine your requirements and preferences for the subjects you would like to cover.

We accept trainees whatever their level of proficiency or sector of activity (banking/finance, engineering, healthcare, commerce, arts and crafts, logistics, medicine, agri-food, culture).

Our courses are accessible to people with disabilities, who are able to attend training sessions from their home or at the workplace, if training times coincide with their working hours.
